Our policy lasts 30 days. We understand how difficult it can be to choose products online. Therefore, eligible orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. Damages caused by regular wear do not qualify for a replacement.
Please note that most VCR Forge products may be returned if they are unused and in their original packaging. Custom-manufactured or specially engineered precision-forged aluminum parts may not be eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. The cost of return shipping is not included. Shipping costs and additional service charges are non-refundable.
However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
